Section 288: Submission of periodical reports to Tribunal

This section is for requiring the Company Liquidator to submit regular reports to the Tribunal and allowing the Tribunal to review its orders.

What the section says

(1)The Company Liquidator shall make periodical reports to the Tribunal and in any case make a report at the end of each quarter with respect to the progress of the winding up of the company in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
The Company Liquidator must submit reports to the Tribunal, including at least one report every quarter, to update on the winding up progress of the company in a prescribed format.
(2)The Tribunal may, on an application by the Company Liquidator, review the orders made by it and make such modifications as it thinks fit.
The Tribunal can review and modify its own orders upon request by the Company Liquidator.
