Section 378I: Amendment of articles
This section is for outlining the process to amend the articles of a Producer Company.

In plain terms
(1)Any amendment of the articles shall be proposed by not less than two-thirds of the elected directors or by not less than one-third of the Members of the Producer Company, and adopted by the Members by a special resolution.
The articles can be amended if at least two-thirds of the elected directors or at least one-third of the Members of the Producer Company propose it and the Members adopt it by a special resolution.
(2)A copy of the amended articles together with the copy of the special resolution, both duly certified by two directors, shall be filed with the Registrar within fifteen days from the date of its adoption.
A certified copy of the amended articles and the special resolution must be filed with the Registrar within 15 days from the date of its adoption.
